Our most budget-friendly option for women who want to fully participate in the Body Temple experience while choosing a simpler sleeping arrangement.

Choose to set up your sleeping space indoors in the shared temple area or outdoors under the stars if preferred. You’ll bring your own sleeping setup, such as bedding, a sleeping bag, air mattress, or mattress pad.

Many women choose this option because it offers a more affordable way to be fully immersed in the experience while still feeling connected to the community and work.

We do our best to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every woman participating.

Ideal for: Women who feel ready to fully immerse themselves in the Body Temple experience and are comfortable with a simpler sleeping arrangement.

Stay in a shared room with 2–4 women, each with her own bed.

What Is the Assistant Role?
Assisting at Body Temple is a unique opportunity to both support the space and deepen your own personal work. As an assistant, you’ll participate fully in the training — moving through the practices, engaging your own growth edges, and doing your own emotional and embodiment work — while also holding a leadership role within the container.

Assistants help with the physical setup of the space, hold morning pods, support the flow of the training, and act as a steady, grounded presence throughout the experience. You’ll be invited to stay attuned to both your own body and the needs of the group.

This is a role for women who have previously attended Body Temple and feel called to return in service — not from obligation, but from a desire to grow, contribute, and stay close to the work.

Glamping (Bring Your Own Bedding) – $495
Immerse yourself in nature with our glamping option. You'll have a cozy, sheltered space to sleep — just bring your own bedding for comfort. Ideal for those who love simplicity, fresh air, and grounding in the outdoors.
