Veronica’s yoga and meditation practices are rooted in embodiment, emotional awareness, and deep respect for the body.

As a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and yoga teacher trainer, Veronica integrates somatic practices, breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation to support healing, self-discovery, and nervous system connection. Her background includes Hatha, Kundalini, aerial yoga, yin yoga, and trauma-informed yoga.

This is not about performance or perfection. It is about coming home to yourself — one breath, one movement, and one honest moment at a time.

She is a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and yoga teacher trainer, with experience across multiple modalities including Hatha, Kundalini, aerial yoga, yin yoga, and trauma-informed yoga.

Veronica also leads and supports yoga teacher training experiences, including a 200-hour yoga teacher training at CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa designed for students seeking to deepen their practice and become certified yoga teachers.
